Shooten Star’s Labradors Sales Contract Agreement The Seller, __________________, and the Buyer,_____________________, hereby agree as follows: The Seller hereby sells to the Buyer, for the amount of $ ______________, payment of which is hereby acknowledged, a _____________ ________________ Labrador Retriever puppy, born _______________, by ____________________________________, out of _____________________________________, in accordance with the terms of this contract. 1. The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health on the date of sale. The Buyer has the right to return the puppy and registration papers within 2 days (_____________) after the sale to the Seller and receive a refund of the purchase price if the puppy is found by a Veterinarian to be suffering from any disease. 2. The Seller guarantees this puppy against severe crippling hip dysplasia until 24 months of age (________________). The Buyer must present to the Seller a certification from a licensed DVM for a refund of the purchase price. The Buyer may keep or return the puppy. This guarantee is void if the puppy is bred before 24 months of age, the puppy has been injured, or the Buyer fails to provide proof of proper Veterinary care of the puppy. 3. This puppy may be returned to the Seller at anytime but the Buyer will not receive a refund of the purchase price. 4. The Buyer shall maintain the puppy in good condition with proper Veterinary care, including a regular immunization schedule, heartworm preventative, good diet, and a clean and safe environment.
